Making An Appointment & Qualifications
How do I make an appointment?
Counselling is not always about overcoming your demons or attempting to make big changes in our lives. It can also be about calm, solid support until issues have been worked through.
The challenge of Counselling moves you closer to making improvements in your daily life, allowing you to be more able to cope better with difficult situations and decisions. Facing your fears and doubts will feel scary at first and often requires courage, willingness and committment but it pays huge rewards as you begin to grow more skilful in exploring the way you think and feel
Contact Sonia Yeandle on :

Telephone: Sonia Yeandle will be able to arrange an appointment with you at a time that is mutually convenient.
Assessment: Your first appointment is called an initial assessment and usually lasts for 50 mins (as all sessions do). This gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and to begin to describe your feelings so I can assess what is the best way of helping you, and for us to discuss this together. The initial assessment places you under no obligation to commit to any further sessions however, further sessions will be offered if appropriate.
Ansaphone: If you reach the 24 hour ansaphone, please leave a message informing me how you wish me to contact you. I will endeavour to return all calls on the same day. I assure complete discretion and will not leave messages on your ansaphone unless it is your personal voicemail.
e.mail: Should you prefer your appointment can be arranged by e.mail. Please be sure to provide details of your name and availability ie: would you prefer daytime, evening or weekend appointments, so that I can offer a mutually convenient appointment.
